Seven new UK areas confirmed for £500m innovation fund support. These areas are:
- Tay Cities in Scotland
- Great South West England
- Oxford-Cambridge Growth Coorridor
- Great Lincolnshire
- South West Wales
- East Midlands
- Hull and East Yorkshire
The aim is to look at prototype ideas and taking them to market. This can include R&D.
